These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Moneyflow game at playmoneyflow.com and the Moneyflow mobile application (together, the "Service"). The Service is operated by Sensei EOOD, a company registered in Sofia, Bulgaria ("Sensei EOOD", "we", "us", "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Moneyflow is a free-to-play financial education board game. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.
You may sign in using a Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must not use another person's account.

All content in the Service — including the Moneyflow name, the Lady of Moneyflow mascot, game mechanics, and code — is owned by us or our licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Moneyflow is an entertainment game. Nothing in the game constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause. You may stop using the Service at any time and request deletion of your account by contacting us.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Sofia, Bulgaria, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence in the EU.
