Moneyflow ("we", "our", "the app") is a financial education board game operated by Sensei EOOD, a company registered in Sofia, Bulgaria ("Sensei EOOD", "we"). Sensei EOOD is the data controller for personal data processed through the Service under the EU GDPR. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how you can control it.

What we collect

When you create an account or play online, we store the following on our own servers:

• Email address - used as your login identifier and for password resets.
• Password - stored as a salted hash; we never see your real password.
• Display name - shown to other players in multiplayer games and on leaderboards.
• Game data - your saved game state, scores, statistics, achievements, and game session history.
• Preferences - settings you choose in-app (sound, theme, notifications).

If you play offline without an account, none of this is collected and your game is saved only on your device.

What we do NOT collect

• We do not use third-party analytics, ads, or tracking SDKs.
• We do not collect device identifiers, location, contacts, photos, or microphone data.
• We do not share your data with advertisers or data brokers.
• We do not track you across other apps or websites.

Why we collect it

All collected data is used solely to make the app work: authenticate you, save your progress, run multiplayer matches, and display leaderboards. Nothing more.

Where it lives

Data is stored on servers we operate, encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. We do not transfer your data outside our infrastructure.

Children

Moneyflow is rated for ages 9 and up. We do not display advertisements, do not use behavioural tracking SDKs, and do not collect the Advertising ID, location, contacts, microphone, camera, or any device identifier.

The only data tied to a user is the email address and display name supplied at sign-up plus gameplay state on our own servers. Sign-up is optional: anyone can play offline as a guest, and offline play stores nothing on our servers.

In-app purchases (optional cosmetic items - board themes, dice skins, pawns) require a signed-in account, so a child cannot make a purchase without an adult creating the account first. Cosmetics confer no gameplay advantage and cannot be transferred, resold, or converted to real money.

For US users: We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us personal information, please contact us at privacy@vkushty.com and we will delete the account and all associated data.

For EU/EEA/UK users: Under GDPR-K, children under 16 (or the lower age set by your member state, no younger than 13) require parental consent before providing personal data. We rely on the parent/guardian's consent at the point of account creation. Parents can request deletion at the address above.

Your rights

You can:

• Edit your display name and preferences from in-app settings.
• Request a copy of all data tied to your account.
• Request permanent deletion of your account and all associated data.

For deletion or data requests, email privacy@vkushty.com from the address tied to your account. We respond within 30 days.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, we will update the "last updated" date and, if you have an account, send a notification on your next login.
